Job requirements
This position may require the management of more than 40 employees. Thus, the selection, hiring, training and scheduling of such a large number of people with different personalities and in various positions requires the candidate to have a variety of talents and skills, including:
- Excellent communication.

- Desire to coach, guide and develop staff.
- Catering experience.
In addition to making sure every guest gets the exceptional La Nuit Shanghai experience, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and controlling costs.
